Hi, I’m Karla,

Founder and Coach responsible for World Of Expat Coaching, and creator of the programs we offer.

During my over 20 years in management positions in the financial sector, dealing with International projects and living in different countries I could experience the great challenges that an expatriation represents for both professionals and their families, as well as for companies and organizations.

In one of my expatriations I came into contact with the coaching discipline, and soon I realized that through coaching there could be evidence of great benefits in the expatriation processes, providing preparation and tools for a happy and successful expatriation.

Since then I have been dedicating myself full time to accompanying people in the process of expatriation, making them enjoy this experience in the best possible way, and getting the most benefits for all people involved through their fantastic adventure.
